MEP meticulously designed this project to ensure comfort, safety, and convenience for the residents. This project encompasses comprehensive HVAC systems for optimal climate control, state of the art electrical installations to power modern living, and efficient plumbing solutions for reliable water supply and drainage. Additionally, it features advanced sprinkler and fire alarm systems to ensure the highest standards of safety and peace of mind.

The owner previously had a similar building that featured full dropped ceilings and exposed sprinkler heads. MEP innovatively reconfigured the design to achieve 9-foot ceilings in open areas and worked with 11-inch dropped ceilings for 8-foot interior ceilings. MEP developed 15 project-specific construction details and elevations, including the design of prefabricated detention tanks, to ensure optimal functionality and aesthetic appeal.
