MEP meticulously designed the New Dental Facility with a High End Wine Storage to meet specific thermal conditions of 65 degrees Fahrenheit and 50% humidity. This project encompasses an advanced HVAC system tailored to maintain these precise environmental parameters. Key features of the facility include an open ceiling design, the integration of mixed gas-fired rooftop units (RTUs) and variable refrigerant flow (VRF) splits, and a healthcare-grade plumbing system. Additionally, the installation of condensing gas-fired hot water heaters ensures both efficiency and performance, reflecting our commitment to excellence in design and functionality.
