The 55,000 SF, 9-story CubeSmart Self Storage Center in the Bronx, NY, was developed with comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, and Emergency Radio Communication System design services provided by MEP. Utility applications were managed from start to finish, including the integration of a standard life safety generator to ensure reliable operation. The HVAC system was particularly designed to achieve a low square-footage per ton, emphasizing the project's commitment to economic efficiency. Overall, the design successfully combines technical accuracy with cost-effectiveness, all in compliance with the rigorous standards of NYC Building Codes.
